All your annual Tax, GST and reporting requirements, including a free initial consultation to discuss your business and accounting needs, Annual Financial Statements, Income tax returns, Two monthly GST Returns, Two-Monthly Management (Cashflow) Reports and proactive business advice, Companies Office Annual Return and Tax Admin (Tax Reminder and Tax Assessment). Financial Administration (paying bills, and invoicing plus maintenance and reporting of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable). Plus monthly meeting to discuss Financial Progress (Board or otherwise).
Fixed Term Period
1st Year Guaranteed Fixed price. 2nd Year renegotiate based on 1st year time and cost with no more than a 5% increase. Beyond second year terms to be renegotiated based on 1st and 2nd year performance, time and cost and our charge out rates (average of $100 an hour).
Notes / Conditions
Client sets up automatic payment for monthly charge. Client uses one business bank account, a coded chequebook and/or a debit card/eftpos card to ensure most business transactions are coded automatically, flow through one business bank account to the Banklink/GST reporting tool. Limited to two tax returns and one reporting entity. No additional charge for 1 additional bank/Visa account. Limited to 10 bill payments and 10 Invoices. Does not include following up on unpaid debt or communication with suppliers.
